Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter/Prepper to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing cracks. Able to caulk both interior and exterior applications.
- Apply paint, varnish, or stain to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas from paint, able to mask off correctly.
Must be able to work on roof tops and ladders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter/Prepper or similar role
- Solid knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Familiarity with concrete finishing, masonry, plaster, stucco, and other related skills is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
